contesto. \u00c8 ci\u00f2 che ci permette di trasformare un\u2019esperienza in una storia coerente, collocata nel passato, distinguibile dal presente.<\/p><p>Quando viviamo un evento, l\u2019ippocampo dialoga con l\u2019amigdala (emozione) e con la corteccia prefrontale (significato, riflessione). In condizioni di sicurezza, questo dialogo funziona: l\u2019esperienza viene \u201carchiviata\u201d come memoria narrativa.<\/p><p>Ma sotto stress elevato o prolungato, il quadro cambia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em>Cortisolo e frammentazione della memoria<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Lo stress attiva l\u2019asse ipotalamo\u2013ipofisi\u2013surrene e aumenta il rilascio di cortisolo.<\/p><p>Se questa attivazione \u00e8 intensa o cronica, il cortisolo inibisce temporaneamente la funzione dell\u2019ippocampo.<\/p><p>Il risultato non \u00e8 l\u2019assenza di memoria, ma una memoria diversa:<\/p><p>l\u2019esperienza non viene organizzata in una narrazione coerente, il \u201cquando\u201d e il \u201cdove\u201d si sfaldano, il ricordo resta frammentato, sensoriale, corporeo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em><u>Il corpo ricorda, ma la mente non ha una storia da raccontare<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui alcune esperienze stressanti o traumatiche non si ricordano come un racconto lineare, ma riemergono come:<\/p><ul><li>tensioni muscolari<\/li><li>posture difensive<\/li><li>sensazioni viscerali<\/li><li>reazioni emotive sproporzionate al presente<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em><u>Non \u00e8 un errore del sistema. \u00c8 un meccanismo di sopravvivenza<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>Il corpo come archivio<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Quando l\u2019ippocampo \u00e8 inibito, la memoria non scompare: viene immagazzinata nel sistema nervoso corporeo.<\/p><p>Il corpo diventa archivio:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>il respiro si accorcia<\/li><li>alcune aree restano iperattive o \u201cspente\u201d<\/li><li>il sistema nervoso resta in uno stato di allerta o collasso<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Da qui nasce l\u2019esperienza, comune a molti praticanti, di \u201csentire qualcosa\u201d durante una postura o una respirazione, senza sapere esattamente cosa o perch\u00e9.<\/p><p>Lo yoga lavora esattamente qui.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em>Yoga: creare le condizioni per la narrazione<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>La pratica dello yoga non \u201cscava\u201d nei ricordi, crea sicurezza neurofisiologica.<\/p><p>Attraverso:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>respiro lento e consapevole<\/li><li>movimento intenzionale<\/li><li>orientamento al momento presente<\/li><li>attenzione non giudicante<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2026il sistema nervoso autonomo pu\u00f2 uscire dalla modalit\u00e0 di difesa. Quando il corpo percepisce sicurezza:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>il cortisolo diminuisce<\/li><li>l\u2019ippocampo pu\u00f2 riattivarsi<\/li><li>l\u2019esperienza corporea inizia a integrarsi<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em>Non sempre emerge una storia verbale<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>A volte emerge solo un senso di completezza, di \u201cordine interno\u201d.<\/p><p>E questo \u00e8 gi\u00e0 integrazione.<\/p><p>Dalla memoria implicita alla presenza<\/p><p>In termini neuroscientifici, lo yoga facilita il passaggio da:<\/p><p>memoria implicita (corporea, automatica, non narrativa) a<\/p><p>integrazione consapevole (presenza, scelta, regolazione)<\/p><p>Non forziamo il ricordo.<\/p><p>Alleniamo la capacit\u00e0 di stare con ci\u00f2 che emerge, nel corpo, nel
