nell\u2019attenzione<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La corteccia prefrontale \u00e8 il centro del controllo attentivo.<\/p><p>Le sue funzioni principali includono:<\/p><ul><li>attenzione sostenuta (mantenere il focus nel tempo),<\/li><li>attenzione selettiva (filtrare distrazioni),<\/li><li>inibizione degli automatismi,<\/li><li>regolazione delle risposte emotive allo stress.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Quando la PFC \u00e8 attiva:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>l\u2019amigdala (centro della risposta di allarme) \u00e8 pi\u00f9 regolata<\/li><li>la mente \u00e8 pi\u00f9 stabile, presente e meno reattiva.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Sotto stress cronico, invece:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>l\u2019attivit\u00e0 prefrontale diminuisce<\/li><li>prevalgono risposte automatiche e corpo\u2013mente<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Lo yoga richiede:<\/p><p>coordinazione motoria, ascolto interocettivo, adattamento continuo.<\/p><p>Questa integrazione rafforza le connessioni
